The main benefits are that through the promotion of community development we can discover where help is most needed,the planned events and activities are centred around our community ,this in turn helps with social isolation, loneliness, mental health improvement The numbers availing of the events will show us whether more is needed and also to

assess whether or not our efforts are successful No harm will be caused through our groups actions The beneficiaries are the local residents There is no private benefit

We carry out our purpose through Community development. We will apply for funding in order to ensure our community development will be provided An example, Fun days , Arts and Crafts, Community Bus trips

Charitable purposes

Neighbours United Community Association has been established for the positive development of Greeves park, Carlton Drive, Melmount Mews and surrounding area, without distinction of age, gender, race, disability, political, religious or other opinion. The aims of the association include the allievation of poverty, promotion of good relations and development of the outdoor environs for the benefit of the local community. We aim to improve the mental health of everyone in our area, we shall especially focus on the children and elderly The association will achieve this by associating with the relevant statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and opportunities, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for the protection of health and recreation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.
