[What are the direct benefits flowing from your organisation's purposes?] We provide a base where all age groups are catered for on a regular basis. They can interact with others socially through our coffee mornings twice a week, stew evenings/dinner once a week, keep fit for all ages once a week, arts and crafts once a week and gardening once a
week. We are proving safe, social, friendly environment where they can feel less isolated, interact with other while mentally focusing of one of the above activities helping them to keep fit. In general we feel that the direct benefits of our organisation are the improvement of social isolation, mental well-being and helping with poverty through provision of meals. Benefits are demonstrated by those who come out and take part, enjoying others company, doing activities together, eating. They give feedback on how they enjoyed the activities and activities they would like to do. Those who take part become more confident within themselves, more sociable, and there an improvement in their mental wellbeing.
