belonging, improve well being, and reduce isolation The benefits above are demonstrated by a) the development of good relationships with the Council, PSNI, Youth Workers, Neighbouring Community Groups and other statutory bodies to address issues around Anti Social Behaviour in the area, environmental issues, long term plans for the area. b-d) involving the community in litter picking days, community events and projects (restricted in the past due to COVID), promoted via social media and regular newsletters, and direct contact with residents. Feedback from residents directly and via social media. There is no harm arising from any purpose The beneficiaries are inhabitants of Pinebank and neighbourhood. There is no private benefit flowing from any purpose.
What your organisation does
We carry out the purpose by working collectively with statutory agencies, voluntary community organisations and local inhabitants through; 1. Involving the community in the development and delivery of plans concerned with improving the economic, social, cultural, health, well-being and environmental life of the inhabitants of the area of benefit 2.
Promote social inclusivity, good community relations, social cohesion, racial and religious harmony and equality and diversity 3. Encourage and facilitate active citizenship and volunteering in community projects that benefit the inhabitants of the area of benefit 4. Protect and enhance the natural and built environment for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit 5. Reducing isolation and relieving those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability or other disadvantage
