Public benefits

[What are the direct benefits flowing from your organisation's purposes?] The primary aim is to show compassion, and to especially push toward reducing poverty in our community. Our main focus until now has always been food poverty, but in the present circumstances poverty is becoming more prevalent so people with young children will benefit from

our project too. [How can the benefits identified above be demonstrated?] We have figures on how many we have distributed food too, as well as the number of agencies who regularly utilise our services. [Is there any harm arising from any of the purposes?] None that we can forsee. [Who are the charity's beneficiaries?] The whole community [Is there any private benefit flowing from any of the purposes? Is it incidental and necessary?] No private benefit is intended. It is completely outward focussed, although I would suggest our volunteers benefit hugely from giving back to the community.

What your organisation does

WE operate a Multi Site Foodbank in Fermanagh. We also run a project called Growbaby, providing free baby products for the ages of 0-5. Our plan in the near future is to add a Social Supermarket under the Compassion Fermanagh umbrella.
