The direct benefits which flows from our purpose includes enabling adults of all ranges of age to discover the art of ballet in its cultural, artistic and historic form. Benefits physical health and mental wellbeing through movement to music and participation in classes. Allows participants to perform in public at a non professional level. Provides

access to all members of the public to the culture and experience of classical ballet. The benefits are evidenced by the regular attendance at and popularity of classes. Feedback from participants. The continued increase of audience numbers attending the public performances. NHS website recommends dance for fitness and wellbeing. Evidence that dancing can improve heart health along with muscle strength, coordination and reduction in stress levels. Ballet in UK favourite form of dance. In providing any form of physical training there is a risk of unintended injury. Classes are always carried out providing sufficient warm up and correct techniques explained and demonstrated. Injury is rare and the benefits outweighs the harm. The charity benefits the general public living in Northern Ireland. There is no private benefit flowing from this purpose.
