Public benefits

The direct benefits flowing from our main aim include enhancing the development and education of children in the area of Armoy, which has been identified as a deprived area, under statutory school age by following the pre-school curriculum, so that the transition to Primary School is as smooth as possible. The benefits from purpose 1 are

demonstrated through a yearly Inspection report conducted by Social Services which has always been positive and encouraging. No harm has been identified and care has been taken to conduct risk assessments where appropriate. The beneficiaries are for all pre-school aged children from all sides of the community within the Armoy area and the parents of the children who attend. The only incidental private benefit that would arise, would be the continued development of staff through relevant training courses. This is necessary for the staff to continue their work in giving the children the best support and care available.
