What your organisation does
The charity carries out its purpose by: a) Maintaining natural mountain bike trails in the Cave Hill Country Park and surrounding area under the terms of a Memorandum of Understanding with Belfast City Council. Activities undertaken include trail building, trail maintenance and leading mountain bike rider coaching; b) Providing opportunities to
members of the public and club members to engage in outdoor physical and mental exertion by through planned inspections and maintenance of a sustainable natural mountain bike trails, suitable for all abilities in the Cave Hill Country Park and surrounding area. I c. Working in joint partnership with Belfast City Council to organise volunteer trail building and trail maintenance work; II d. Offering the wider community coaching and development opportunities in mountain biking; and e. Promoting the mental and physical benefits of mountain biking within the local community and developing partnerships with other community based organisations.
