Public benefit includes … i.The advancement of education of the public in arts, craft and sustainability. This is evidenced in the upskilling of participants through workshop activities and the shared knowledge transfer of forgotten skills by facilitating inter-generational learning on a diverse range of topics. ii.Improving the social physical

and mental well being of members of the ABC council area through shared experiences and enhanced social interaction. This is evidenced by attendance numbers at workshop, demonstrations and events, by volunteer and trustee commitment to projects and by written participant feedback from our social media channels and feedback We cannot perceive any harm being derived from our activities. All of our activities are risk assessed and reports prepared. We have robust procedures and policies in place to outline the safe and effective running of our organisation including AccessNI checks of volunteers and safeguarding policies. Volunteers will be appropriately AccessNI checked when working with vulnerable groups the general public in the geographic region of Armagh Banbridge Craigavon Council and anyone interested in arts and crafts. Volunteers, tutors or trustees may received benefit of increased educational / skills and training through their participation in group activities and these skills may be transferable to other work or social settings but none of our activities are for private benefit.
