The direct benefits which flow from the charities purpose include improved educational outcomes and improved general health and wellbeing outcomes for pupils attending Birches Primary School, a rural Primary School in County Armagh. The benefits will be evidenced through feedback from teachers and school personnel, as well as pupils. We can

demonstrate that no harm arises from the purposes of this charity. The charities beneficiaries are pupils, teachers, school, parents, friends and family of those associated with Birches Primary School. There is no private benefit arising from the purpose of this charity.

What your organisation does

In order to carry out the charitable purposes, the trustees have the power to: (1) raise funds, receive grants and donations; (2) apply for funds to carry out the work of the charity; (3) co-operate with and support other charities with similar charitable purposes; (4) do anything which is lawful and necessary to achieve the charity’s purposes.
