Charitable purposes
OBJECTS 4.1. The Charity’s Objects are specifically restricted to the following: 4.1.1. to provide assistance and outreach services to children and young people up to the age of 25 years affected by mental ill health and to provide guidance and other support with a view to maintaining and improving the wellbeing of such persons; 4.1.2. to educate the public in Northern Ireland and elsewhere about the stigma attached to mental ill health; 4.1.3. such other exclusively charitable purpose according to the law of Northern Ireland as the Trustees may from time to time decide. Nothing in the articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with s.2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
