Charitable purposes

(a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Dorsey and its immediate environs without distinction of age, sex, race, political or religious or other opinions, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations, institutions, business and inhabitants in a common effot to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for health, recreation and leisure time activities, with the object of improving conditions of life for the inhabitants. (b) To manage any Community Centre with may be provided in a responsible manner for the benefits of all resident of Dorsey.
