Public benefits
The direct benefits flowing from our purpose include the reduction of poverty leading to improved health and wellbeing; enhanced educational and employment opportunities, which will in turn provide empowerment and help break the cycle of poverty; development of the capacity of children and young people through education, enabling them to reach
their full potential; building networks and encouraging mentorship between head teachers and between farmers in both countries leading to improved and enhanced knowledge transfer; increased cultural awareness leading to a collective understanding. The benefits are demonstrated through feedback from our beneficiaries, evaluations of our services, attendance rates at the schools, numbers of people placed in employment, numbers of mentors and networks built. There is no harm arising from our purpose. Our beneficiaries are the people of the poverty-stricken State of Nagaland, India; the brickyard children of Pakistan; children of United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. There is no private benefit flowing from our purpose.

Insofar as is charitable, The advancement of education, relief of need, and the preservation and restoration of health, social, spiritual needs or environment of the inhabitants both locally (Northern Ireland) and internationally (Global), in particular by (but not limited to) the following means: to provide of a range of services and activities which promote the personal development and positive mental health and wellbeing of the beneficiaries and/or which advance their education, vocational skills and employability and; to educate and assist children and young people, within the area of benefit, through the services and activities offered by the company to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and; to provide opportunities for adults and their families for personal, family and societal growth through the use of international community development occupational standards and document of care ethics and framework for good practice; to do all other lawful things as are necessary for the achievements of the objects
