Charitable purposes

The Group is established to, insofar as it is charitable in law, promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Knocks and Erne East/Fermanagh areas and their environs (hereinafter called "the area of benefit"), without distinction of age, gender, race, political, religious or other opinion, by associating with statutory authorities, voluntary and community organisations and local inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and training, health and well-being, employability and not-for-profit community enterprises, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
