in Armagh and its future sustainability such as; fisheries, agriculture and local tourism. -The direct benefits flowing from purpose three include regulation of the Callan River features such as; floods, sewage leaking, contribution to climate stability, support a larger number of plant spices, protect clean water resources by conducting regular water tests for pollution and offering environments for recreation, cultural developments and local tourism. -The benefits from purpose one are demonstrated through the increased of fish population and insects in the Callan River in Armagh area and the growth of new varieties of weeds and plants. -The benefits from purpose two are demonstrated through the increased of the fishermen numbers, the help of the farmers to reduce pollution in the river and the impressive number of our local visitors to the Callan River in Armagh. -The benefits from purpose three are demonstrated through feedback from general public in Armagh area and regular evaluation from our group. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The charity's beneficiaries are the general public of Armagh in Northern Ireland. There is no private benefit flowing from any of the purposes.
What your organisation does
-By educating people and school children in Armagh about the importance of the Callan River from Ecological and historical areas, through educational programs prepared specifically in collaboration with specialist from the education board . -By carrying tests for pollution levels in the Callan River and treating sewage and leakage to the river,
closely with the environmental health department with the aim of preserving the wildlife and the nature around . - By growing trees and encouraging local schools to get involved in pre-defined tree planting programs in several locations in Armagh and organising litter pick around the Callan River areas.
