Public benefits

The Trustees believe that the purposes of the organisation set out in the company’s articles meet the Public Benefit requirements in the following ways: 1. By offering appropriate play facilities, with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities the organisation, the organisation provides

direct benefits in a preschool setting for children in the local area under statutory school age. The direct benefits to the children are personal, social and emotional development, building self-esteem and confidence, developing a love for outdoors and the environment around them. The children learn to mix, play and learn with other children and families in a safe place through a wide range of planned activities. 2. By ensuring that the Company offers opportunities for all children, regardless of religion, culture, race or means we create an environment of inclusion and diversity where children and their families learn to adopt an attitude of respecting differences in society. 3. By encouraging the study of the needs of such children and their families and promoting public interest in andrecognition of the needs of such children and their families in the local area, we provide a learning environment which builds strong, competent children who are visible in their communities. We provide opportunities and learning experiences to develop the physical, social and emotional health of the children. There is no harm arising from our purposes. The beneficiaries are the children and parents, regardless of religion, culture, race or means from the greater Clogher Valley area, and the community in which they live.
