the direct benefits that flow from the organisation's purpose are the relief of those in need by providing grants to other charities and NGOs to fund projects to carry out any purposes which are charitable according to the law of Northern Ireland. Also the organisation funds healthcare projects which result in the benefit of improved knowledge of

good health among beneficiaries. these benefits are evidenced by the direct assistance to other charities and NGOs to carry out projects in accordance with their purposes to benefit those in need. One of the trustees visits projects funded to ensure that the funds donated are properly applied and are delivering benefit. For example the benefit to a rural community hospital in Malawi to fund projects on healthcare and sustainable livelihoods to benefit individuals in that community by improving their knowledge of good health and how to make their livelihood more sustainable; No harm arises from any of the organisations purposes The organisation’s beneficiaries are: any persons in need whether in Northern Ireland or anywhere else in the World which the organisation assists by its grants to other charities or NGOs A private benefit to trustees may arise from trustee training programmes and from direct visits to projects through which they gain skills or experience which may be transferred to other settings
