The Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church of Ireland Trustees

The Charity’s objects are restricted specifically, only for the public benefit as follows: (a) To act as trustee of all or any real or personal movable or immovable property wheresoever situate, now or hereafter belonging to, applicable for, or in aid of or otherwise held or to be held in trust for the religious or charitable purposes of The Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church of Ireland or any one or more of the Presbyteries of the Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church of Ireland which are for the time being The Presbytery of Antrim, The Presbytery of Bangor and the Synod of Munster – United Presbytery and any one or more of the Congregations of the Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church of Ireland; (b) To promote all charitable aims and enterprises and other charitable objects and purposes of or subsidiary to The Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church of Ireland; (c) The doing of all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above charitable objects.
