Better informed professionals and the general public about the nature of and how to achieve environmentally friendly and ecological buildings. How to access advice and expertise and what materials and design techniques might be used to achieve these aims Benefits will be demonstrated by getting people to join EDANI as members and by attending

workshops, conferences and training events. Demonstration buildings and advice to a wide range of NGOs, environmental groups and other organisations are planned. The first of these will be a symposium on indoor air quality and healthy buildings to be held at University of Ulster in May There should not be any harm because the aims of the organisation are to help protect the environment and human health Professional building designers and builders and the general public Members of EDANI may benefit privately by enhancing their knowledge and expertise which may assist them when practising as architects, landscape designers, interior designers. environmental consultants etc. but this is incidental to the main aim of informing the public
