they live and participate The private benefits flowing from this purpose is that gained by either a trustee or staff member who have children attending the school. Each of whom gain access through the same process as other beneficiaries and is therefore incidental.
What your organisation does
Educate and assist the beneficiaries ages 4-11 through educational activities and furtherance of the above objectives as to develop their physical fitness, mental and emotional capacities so that they grow to full maturity as individuals and citizens and that their conditions of life may be improved. Advance any other exclusively charitable purpose
as the directors may, from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity

The purpose of the Association (the Purposes) is to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by: Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.
