Public benefits
The primary public benefit being derived from The Bethany Community Trust is a new modern community hall, which will be able to facilitate various organisation and clubs in the Limavady area and offer a safe, secure and fully functional facility for their requirements. It will be utilised by various organisations from young to the elderly and will
help bring members of the community together. The benefits will be identified by the number and range of groups / organisations subscribing to use the facilities The Trustees are confident that no harm arises from the purposes and activities of the Trust. The primary beneficiaries of the Trust activities are the various members of the community who attend activities being housed in the new Community Hall. No private benefit have been identified by the trustees.
What your organisation does
Initially through the construction and development of a new community hall in an area of social deprivation. Once the hall has been constructed, then the organisation will manage and lease the hall to various groups and organisations to avail of its facilities
