What your organisation does

HUGS as a group meet several times a year. In addition to that a number of social events are run throughout the year giving members an opportunity to meet up. these events can range from fun evenings for junior members, day trips to various places of interest, information evenings with speakers on relevant topics to members. We also give members

assistance with purchasing various items of equipment that may make their every day life more normal and comfortable.

Charitable purposes

The Group is established to support families with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus in Counties Tyrone and Fermanagh. by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of promoting health and social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
