The direct benefits of the organisations purpose is that the individuals from within Springmartin/Highfield areas will be more equipped to participate in programmes to enhance personal and social development. Individuals will also have gained and developed educational and employability skills which will heighten opportunities of attaining

employment. Individuals will be more open to interacting in a diverse society through community relations work that has taken place, this will broaden their horizons and open up more opportunities for education and employment etc. All this will work towards relieving poverty within the area. These benefits will be evidenced through annual reports from the organisation. There will also be evidence from participants alongside statistic's from surveys carried out within the organisation. Evidence can also be provided through end of programme evaluations from participants and staff/volunteers. There is no harm arising from the purposes. The Charity's beneficiaries are the local residents within Springmartin/Highfield area. The private benefit flowing from this purpose is that jobs are created and this is incidental and necessary in order to provide the services that the organisation offers employee's are needed.
