The direct benefits are: tackling the root cause of their addiction, provide individuals with a 10-step recovery programme, immediate (walk-in) support - no waiting list or appointment required, non-judgemental and completely confidential counselling, direct support for families living with addiction. These benefits are identified by: we complete

an initial baseline assessment with individuals on arrival, We monitor individuals through their 10-step programme and we test them on a weekly basis for drug use, we gather feedback and measure progress through 1:1 sessions, we consistently record the amount of individuals who begin and complete our programme and this number has increased over the last year as others have begun to hear about the success of our work. Family members have the opportunity to come together with other families in a similar situation to share experiences and support each other. We gather feedback from family members after these sessions to ensure they are benefiting from this work. No there is no harm arising from the purposes. The beneficiaries are: Male and female, Age ranging from 16 years of age (and younger) up to 70 years of age. Our beneficiaries are from all types of backgrounds and communities There is no private benefit

The purpose of this organisation is to help people and their families who are dealing with addiction and have complex psychological and mental health needs. the service offers confidential counseling and psychotherapy and offers help to individuals, groups, children and families in a high quality, professional, sensitive and supportive setting that respects people, values diversity, preserves dignity and promotes recovery and inclusion.
