The organisation is regulated through their constitution which highlights the organisational running on a day to day basis. The committee is elected annually at an AGM which is publicly advertised. The committee meet monthly to review the operations of the organisation and work to plan for future programmes and events.

Charitable purposes

The Association is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Manor Park (hereinafter described as the "area of benefit") without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort, to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare, recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
