Grosvenor carries out its purpose by: 1) Performing public concerts of choral and instrumental music in Belfast and the surrounding area 2) Participating in public competitions for amateur choral singers 3) Recording its performances of choral music to make CDs and public broadcasts 4) Performing in concerts as guests of other music organisations

in Northern Ireland 5) Holding weekly rehearsals during the school term for members of the choir 6) Rehearsing and giving public performances of new choral music written by local composers

Charitable purposes

1) To advance, improve, develop and maintain, by charitable means only, the knowledge and appreciation of choral music in all its aspects for/to the general public in Northern Ireland through the organisation and presentation of public concerts and recitals and any other appropriate events that the trustees may determine. 2) To provide facilities which promote the practice or enjoyment of choral singing for recreation or other leisure time occupation for members of the public in Northern Ireland.
