Public benefits

The benefits which flow from the purposes of the organisation will be access to an education environment for the general public in the surrounding areas of the organisation's educational sites. This access will, in turn, lead to an advancement knowledge of the general public in the areas which education is being provided on; such as a greater

awareness of health and wellbeing or a greater awareness of entrepreneurship. Stemming from this, the general public that have benefitted from the education will be able to put the education they have received into practice and, for example, lead a healthier lifestyle or attempt to begin a career in entrepreneurship. The facilities themselves will also have dedicated areas for the general public to, for example, carry out exercise and other activities which will again promote the advancement of health and wellbeing in the general public. It is also hoped that through the development of the facilities the organisation will contribute to the tourism sector, particularly in the areas in which it develops its facilities, as well as an increase in the economic activity in those areas. The benefits deriving from the organisations purpose will be capable of being evidenced in a variety of manners such as through feedback from the individuals who avail of the organisations facilities to engage with education. The benefits will also be demonstrated by the numbers who attend the facilities in order to further their own development through access to education. The benefits could also be demonstrable in the a sense of confidence instilled in the individuals who have availed of the education in their ability to, for example, lead a healthier lifestyle or increase their level of employability. No. The charity's beneficiaries will be any of the general public, particularly those in the surrounding areas of the organisations facilities, who will be able to access the facilities. Some of the land which the organisation will be leasing will be leased privately from private land owners. The organisation is still in negotiations with regards to the model it will use for the leasing of such land but it is possible that such private landowners will receive rental payments in order to lease their land.
