Public benefits
What are the direct benefits flowing from your organisation's purposes - Access to housing and accommodation for members of the public who are living in poverty, or who are in need of assistance due to older age, directly reduces levels of poverty, stress and anxiety of those in housing need, improving their physical and mental health and
well-being. How can the benefits identified above be demonstrated - The benefits would be demonstrated by the provision of recognisable housing to those members of the public, identified above, who are in housing need and through regular feedback from tenants by means of a tenant survey and a tenants forum. No harm or possibility of harm is envisaged. The charity intends to benefit people living in Northern Ireland who are experiencing poverty or are in need due to older age and who require access to affordable housing and accommodation. There is no private benefit from the purposes.
