The direct benefits which flows from Purpose A includes providing an opportunity for people to explore and develop an understanding of history, culture and identity within a shared context, promotion of good relations through cross community engagement The direct benefits which flows from Purpose B is by adopting a community development approach
and working in partnership with the statutory/community voluntary sector this will create networking opportunities for communities, schools and the public to participate in our Shared History Projects and exhibitions The benefits identified above can be demonstrated through feedback from participants at exhibitions and project reporting mechanisms The purposes of our charity will not lead to any harm The charity's beneficiaries are people living within the Ards & North Down Borough Council area Our trustees may gain incidental benefits as a result of our work. A private benefit may arise from the training trustees receive in order to deliver exhibitions, projects and workshops these are incidental and necessary to ensure the smooth running of our organisation. Through this training trustees may gain skills and experience which are transferable to other settings

Collectively as a group United Ulster History Forum deliver on a regular basis European, Irish and British history through exhibitions of historical artifacts and war memorabilia, facilitated talks, films documentaries and discussions covering events during 1700- 1945 Explore and develop understanding of history, culture and identity within a
