Public benefits

The benefits which flow from the purposes stated of the Group include an improved standard of education and well-being of the children in the local community. The children that attend the playgroup come from a mix of faiths/religions. This leads to an improved integration of children from an early age which should have long term benefits for the

future of Northern Ireland. These benefits will be evidenced through children starting primary school with an advanced level of education compared to children not attending pre school education. The purposes of the charity will not lead to any harm. The charity's beneficiaries are the children that attend the playgroup as their level of education is advanced. The parents of the children also benefit as their children's minds will develop with attending the playgroup. The teachers at the primary school also benefit as the children are used to attending the playgroup therefore they settle into primary school life better. The only private benefit flowing from this purpose is to Brookeborough Enterprise who receive rent from the playgroup for the building in which the playgroup is held. The facility is necessary to the achievement of the purpose and the private benefit is incidental and is outweighed by the benefit to the beneficiaries.
