The benefits that flow from providing an advocacy-based support is helping to provide closure to the beneficiaries and enhancing their mental health and well being; the benefits that flow from empowering beneficiaries with confidence to take their cases to the relevant authorities is providing them with confidence to deal with organisation that

most of them have never dealt with before and the benefits that flow from researching victims experience and providing evidence of the human cost of seeking truth and justice is to able to establish a prototype advocacy template which can be used throughout the world therefore helping to advance conflict resolution. Benefits can be demonstrated through Positive feedback, evaluation and monitoring exercises. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The charity's beneficiaries are victims and Survivors from terrorist atrocities, ex security force personnel and members of the general public who require assistance from services available. There is no private benefit flowing from any of the purposes.

What your organisation does

Meeting with victims Raising their case and individual issues to a number of statutory organisations. Updating them on their case (call out to their house or meeting arranged in office) Arranging meetings with PONI, Police, Legal representatives for the families so they can get a face to face update and help answer any questions they have if

they're unsure of something. If the individual is in need of counselling we would contact another organisation to see if they are able to meet the individual (referral). We offer a drop in clinic from our office and have a small museum which is open to the public for free

Charitable purposes

The Objectives of the group shall be: - (i) To provide advocacy-based support for innocent victims and survivors of terrorism; (ii) To empower beneficiaries with the confidence to take their cases to relevant authorities; and (iii) To research victims experiences thematically in order to provide empirical evidence of the human cost of seeking truth and justice.
