Access to weekly services and other gatherings of worship and prayer for members and non-members promote family stability and well being and increased ability to contribute positively to society. Access to support and guidance of its members that seek to promote an understanding of the Christian beliefs as set out in the Church’s Articles of Faith,

enables those members to be better able to serve the local community. The promotion of religious activity, health, well being, spiritual life, education, relief of poverty, training and equipping, work with youth and the elderly, homeless and other local and national charities. The development of relationships with other churches in the local area, as well as nationally and overseas, which are mutually beneficial in advancing our aims. The direct benefit of participation in Church life includes mental, emotional health and wellbeing contributing to a positive moral and social impact on the community. Benefit is demonstrated through observation of improved behaviour, public testimony and monitoring of pastoral care. The indirect benefits which flow from this purpose include the moral improvement in society as a whole which religion is considered to encourage as well as practical social help to the needy. We do not anticipate that any harm will flow from the above The beneficiaries are the general public The only private benefit is to the pastor who receives a salary however this is incidental and necessary to carry out our purpose.

The mission of the Church of the Nazarene is to make Christ like disciples in the nations. The primary objective of the Church of the Nazarene is to advance God’s kingdom by the preservation and propagation of Christian holiness as set forth in the Scriptures. The Church of the Nazarene exists to serve as an instrument for advancing the kingdom of God through the preaching and teaching of the gospel throughout the world.
