organisations; (ii) enhanced activity, engagement and participation in social activities by the inhabitants of the area of benefit, leading to an improvement in their well-being and quality of life and greater social cohesion; (iii) greater accessibility to affordable facilities and amenities; (iv) improved fitness, health and wellbeing as a consequence of taking part in sports and healthy recreation. These benefits can be evidenced through feedback from those participating in sports, activities and events, evaluations of the work and impact of Loughshore Community Services and the findings of community surveys. Charitable purposes

The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are to advance community development on the western shores of Lough Neagh, primarily within Moortown, Ardboe, Ballinderry and their surrounding areas (the “area of benefit”) by providing community centre facilities and amenities and assisting community, voluntary and amateur sports groups and organisations to organise, deliver and participate in activities, events and initiatives.
