proposed developments more acceptable in the ATC 2. Presentation of Conservation Awards to new buildings, extensions, alterations and landscaping which support the character of the ATC 3. Establishment of Rights of Way linking the ATC to the glen and coastal path No Residents of the ATC ,tourists and visitors to the area It could be argued that a high quality environment within the ATC could increase property values

To promote the preservation and protection of buildings or structures of architectural artistic historic environmental or constructional merit or interest together with their settings gardens and curtilages in and around Banger West To promote and encourage public awareness of the attractiveness history and character of Bangor West To promote and encourage development which is sensitive to the local character of Bangor West and to campaign against development which is insensitive To conserve gardens open space allotments and parkland
