The benefits flowing from the purposes are the improvement in the spiritual well-being of Health Care Staff leading to a better understanding and practice of compassionate care of the whole person. The benefits are demonstrated by feedback from Health Care Staff and Patients. There is no harm flowing from the purposes. The charity’s beneficiaries
are health care staff and patients. The private benefit arising from the purposes is that the trust property provides accommodation for one volunteer member and this is incidental and necessary because the property is necessary to house the Office and provides a venue for meetings and accommodation for the volunteer. Having the volunteer live on site provides additional security, housekeeping and maintenance of the property.
What your organisation does
Our aim is to build the Kingdom of God in all Health Care Facilities:- Bringing together staff from all Healthcare disciplines, who share Christian faith to encourage effective expression of the Love of God to people who are sick, elderly or disabled. Developing local Prayer and Fellowship opportunities for mutual encouragement and
support. Encouraging communication and partnership between Care Staff, Chaplains and Local Churches to establish effective Spiritual Care for sick and needy people. Supporting positive Healthcare Initiatives which will enhance Quality Care for Patients, Relatives and Staff
