Public benefits
The direct benefits flowing from purpose 1 include the promotion of Christian values for the benefit of individuals. The direct benefits flowing from purpose 2 include the spiritual, moral and intellectual development and enhancement in knowledge and understanding of individual beneficiaries. An improved sense of wellbeing and increased
self-esteem of individual beneficiaries as they develop new skills, capabilities and knowledge. The direct benefits flowing from purpose 3 include the encouragement of individuals to be good citizens in the community in which they live. The direct benefits flowing from the “advancement of reconciliation” include the promotion of a peaceful society and the increase in community harmony in general. This is demonstrated through the improvement of community relations and the avoidance of conflict in the areas of benefit. The benefits from purpose 1 are demonstrated through the moral improvement in society as a whole which religion is considered to encourage. The benefits from purpose 2 are demonstrated through teaching about Evangelical Christian beliefs and practices and the proclaiming of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The benefits from purpose 3 are demonstrated through improvement in lives of beneficiaries and in the societies in which they live and work. All of the above benefits will be evidenced through feedback from Mission organisations and beneficiaries of projects. We do not anticipate that any harm will flow from any of the above purposes. The beneficiaries are those who have been impacted through our organisation and projects carried out and supported by Trust funding. There are no private benefits flowing from our purposes
What your organisation does
Achieve greater co-ordination of support for promoting faith in Ireland in a more strategic and intentional way and target assistance accordingly. Improve communication between Mission organisations and major supporters. Create the possibility of leveraging “additional” financial support from new friends/supporters by establishing an “All
Ireland” credible vehicle. Service ministries in Ireland through financial support, facilitating teamwork, and instruction on Biblical stewardship. We plan to achieve this by facilitating efficient teamwork among ministries enhancing and improving their impact. By mobilizing ministry support through instruction in Biblical stewardship so that ministries can focus on their charitable objectives with less distraction. By engaging ministry supporters in a positive and challenging way eg. Matching gifts, within Ireland and further afield this opens up additional funding and resource to the ministries we partner with.
