Public benefits
The direct benefits flowing from the purposes include the provision of appropriate play facilities. Also there is the benefit of the increase in common use of the Irish language. The linguistic opportunities offered by Naíscoil Éanna give a second language to the children and an appreciation of such to the parents and carers. The benefits from the
purpose are demonstrated by the increase in the use of spoken Irish among young children in and around the setting. Parents and carers often express their satisfaction and amazement at how their children impress them with their use of language which they have picked up from a different socio-linguistic environment. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The charity's beneficiaries are the children who attend Naíscoil Éanna, the parents and other relatives of the children. There is no private benefit flowing from any of the purposes.
