The direct benefit that flow from this purpose is the provision of housing to both older people and those in need. These benefits are evidence through the quality of lives of those living in our purpose built homes and our low levels of void properties. Our Trustees do not receive any kind of personal or private benefit from the organisation.
What your organisation does
Alpha Housing improves the lives of our tenants through the provision of affordable, good quality, sustainable housing and services. Currently most of our accommodation is sheltered housing for older people. Our sheltered housing scheme staff provide high-quality support. This ranges from practical assistance arranging repairs or accessing
healthcare, to organising social activities, helping to reduce isolation and loneliness.
