Public benefits
The chief objectives of the Dunloy Development Partnership is to relieve poverty, advance education and to promote facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other forms of leisure with the object of improving the standard of life for all the inhabitants of the village of Dunloy and the surrounding area. The benefits which
flow from our objectives are the provision of first rate facilities for recreational activities and community ventures in Dunloy, for all age groups and backgrounds. These benefits are evident in the growing number of people availing of our facilities and the positive feedback we are receiving from the community. Our recent redevelopment of the Parish Hall in the village was a major success and has enabled the village to make greater use of the facility. The hall is used for a range of sports, cultural activities for children/young people and as a community hub for the elderly and frail to gather and socialise, as well as a community centre for fundraisers and other activities. We are committed to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and have measures in place to ensure that all activities taking place in our facilities are conducted in a safe, secure environment, in an atmosphere of community spirit and mutual respect. No private benefit is obtained by any director at Dunloy Development Partnership.
