children young people gain the skills, experience, confidence and capacity to contribute positively to society reduction in anti-social behaviour improved health & well-being for residents improved community cohesion, safety and participation reduction of isolation among older people Improved access to employment, training and/or education for parents How these Direct Benefits are capable of being demonstrated, proven or evidenced; These benefits will be evidenced through: regular feedback and evaluations form our service users registration to monitor attendance and participation independent evaluation of our services twice a year consultations during wider community events completing progress reports on targets Whether any harms may arise from the purposes and how these are outweighed by the benefits; There are no identified harmful outcomes flowing from our purposes What, if any, private benefits there are and how these are incidental to the carrying out of the purposes. ‘Private benefit’ does not only relate to Charity Trustees but to any unintended beneficiaries. Private benefit in the way of salaries for the employees who are required to carry out the organisations objectives. Also at times we pay for the services of external facilitators who are needed to deliver programmes, training and/or advice
