Public benefits

The benefits which flow from this purpose are that the pupils of the School will gain better understanding of the workplace, the options /range of careers available, and the skills and knowledge required. This benefit will be evidenced by an annual timetable, pupil feedback, work place evaluations and testimonies from relevant teachers within

the School. In relation to the extracurricular activities, the benefits are that the pupils have the opportunity to engage with our Members and draw from their knowledge and experiences in a wide spectrum of areas. This benefit will be evidenced by an annual timetable, pupil feedback, correspondence with Member volunteers and testimonies from relevant teachers within the School. The School will be liable for assessing and vetting all work placements. Access NI disclosure will be required all Members interacting directly with pupils. The School will undertake the required risk assessments for all extracurricular activities.

Charitable purposes

The aim of the Association is to assist in the advancement of education for pupils of the School: -enhancing career advice/mentoring and developing opportunities for the pupil's future career paths -support the School's extracurricular activities in line with the experiences and skills of our Members -unite former girls and female teachers (past and present) of the School.
