The direct benefits of the organisation is increased education and health and well being also increased mental and physical well being of the children who attend the orphanage. This leads the children to be productive and better members of society. Another benefit is the people of Omagh are more educated in the needs of the people in Kenya and

their day to day struggles. This is demonstrated by the numbers attending the organisations events and also the numbers attending the orphanage. There is no private benefit or harm flowing from the purposes. The beneficiaries are the young people at the Malaika Orphanage and the general public in Omagh as they are more educated on conditions in Kenya.

What your organisation does

WE RAISE FUNDS TO HELP THESE CHILDREN TO BETTER THEIR LIFE AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL HELP THEMSELVES AND BECOME USEFUL MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY IN THE FUTURE. wE OPERATE IN A CLOSE___KNIT COMMUNITY WHERE A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOW EACH OTHER, BOTH IN TOWNS, SURROUNDING VILLAGES AND COUNTRY SIDE. THE ORGANISATION EDUCATES THE PEOPLE OF OMAGH ABOUT DIFFERENT

CULTURES AND DISADVANTAGES AND ADVANTAGES OF THE WAY OF LIVING. TEACHES THEM ABOUT HOW SOME COUNTRIES HAVE NO BENEFITS OF SOME KIND EG; CHILD BENEFITS OR HOUSING BENEFITS.

Charitable purposes

The Association is established to relieve poverty and to promote the preservation of health and to advance education and to promote the benefit of the children and young people at the Malaikia Orphanage ('hereinafter called the beneficiaries') near Gatundu in the Thika district of Kenya (hereinafter called the 'area of benefit') without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political and religious opinion, by associating with the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants of the area of benefit and in particular: a) to provide residential accommodation, training in life-skills, education and facilities in the interests of social welfare for the recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said children and young people; b) to establish and maintain and manage, and to co-operate with any local authority, charity or other organisation, in the establishment, maintenance and management of a residential centre or centres in the area of benefit.
