Health purpose: to improve health outcomes in the general population. Direct benefit flowing from this purpose is improved health in the general population. This can be demonstrated by the advances in the treatment of medical conditions and the provision of services, support and resources to beneficiaries which improves their health. The
charity's grants are made to registered charities who are dedicated to improving the health of the general population through research projects, the training of medical staff and providing support, resources and information to those suffering with medical conditions. No private benefit flows from this purpose. No harm arises from these purposes.
What your organisation does
Raising awareness and much needed financial support for local charities. It consists of a group of Dental practices joined with related businesses, donating a regular monthly amount to the charity. Just before Christmas each year the donations are then distributed to that year's nominated charities.
