The direct benefits which flow from purpose (a) include safe and satisfying play for pre-school children, parents and carers involved in their education and improved understanding of how to stay healthy and well in the early years. These benefits will be demonstrated by feedback from parents during parental interviews and parent meetings held each

month, regarding the progress of their child and how they feel involved in the daily activities offered. Daily observations of the child's progress and abilities will be noted in order to monitor how they are benefitting from the play activities offered. Children will be educated on staying healthy e,g. eating fruit and milk at snack. The effectiveness will be monitored by staff and all observations will be presented to pre-school committee. The committee will meet each term to assess the effectiveness of activities offered by pre-school and deal with any issues arising. The purposes of our charity will lead to no possibility of harm. The charity's beneficiaries are pre-school children and their families. The only private benefit flowing from this purpose is that committee members children will be enrolled in the pre-school. This trustee applies and is assigned a place for their child at pre-school in the same way as all other beneficiaries therefore it is incidental.

What your organisation does

We are a small pre-school who's main aim is to advance education among children of pre-school age in the Gleno and surrounding area, in order to facilitate a successful transition into primary school learning.
