Public benefits
The public benefit flowing from Tobermore Senior Citizens group is that the elderly citizens of Tobermore have an opportunity to come together to meet, socialise and participate in a range of educational and recreational activities. This means that they are happier, less isolated and are able to continue friendships while at the same time keeping
themselves healthier, happier, more engaged in their community, more active and more healthy. The benefits are measured by the number of people participating in the activities of the group, the range of activities organised and the feedback from participants which happens on a regular basis and in particularly at the end of trips, educational courses and classes and social activities. There is no private gain and no harm flowing from the objects of Tobermore Senior Citizens group.
