Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from the charities purpose include giving people with a learning disability the opportunity to socialise in a safe environment with their peers. It affords them the opportunity to participate in new experiences through a range of activities such as keep fit, dance and games. This also gives carers respite. The
benefits are evidenced by the number of regular participants and through evaluations from carers. There is no harm flowing from the charities purpose. The charities beneficiaries are people with a learning disability There are no private benefits flowing from this purpose.

The objects of the club are: (a) The relief of people with a learning disability in particular by the provision of help and support for them and their families,dependents and carers,and (b) To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for the recreationor other leisure time occupation for people who have need thereof by reason of a learning disability with the object of improving their conditions of life
