Public benefits

Purpose One The first direct benefit which flows from purpose one is a safe and neutral facility for the inhabitants of the area of benefit to use for meetings, training courses or recreation activities with various voluntary organisations, statutory authorities and individuals. The benefit is evidenced by word of mouth from the

attendees/participants and feedback after using the hall from the organisational bodies. This purpose of our Charity does not lead to any harm. The Charity’s beneficiaries are the inhabitants of the Magheragall area and its environs in Lissue, Knocknarea, Drumsill, Mullaghcarton, Magheraliskmisk, Aghacarna and Knocknadona. The only private benefit flowing from this purpose is that a trustee or family member may use the hall in the same manner as all other attendees/participants, this is purely incidental and necessary, so that the benefit is available to all inhabitants of the area. Other direct benefits which flow from purpose one are: a united community which has come together as one to achieve its targets; and a more vibrant and inclusive society by way of the educational programmes, meetings and recreation activities provided. These benefits are evidenced through the diverse set up within the organisation, also through feedback generated from the activities provided by the organisation.
