This purpose does not give rise to any harm. The beneficiaries of this purpose are those living within the area of benefit. There are no private benefits arising from this purpose. Purpose 2: By associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. The direct benefits which arise from this purpose include improved employability for residents, creation of new skills and development of those already in existence. Provide opportunities for inhabitants to meet and socialise, develop new interests and reduce isolation in a rural community.
