Public benefits

The direct benefits which flow from purpose (a) include affordable nursery facilities for low income families across the local community. To include families from all religions, culture and race. The direct benefits which flow from purpose (b) are the children in the nursery will develop independent skills and interests. They mix with other

children from an early age and learn essential life skills which they wouldn't if they were at home. The direct benefits of instigating and adhering to the aims of the Early Years team (c) are that we will ensure our children are safe and all local legislation is adhered to. These benefits are demonstrated through the multi cultural, multi religion and multi race children who attend the nursery. Purpose (b) can be demonstrated by the reports that are generated for each child at the end of the school year which show how the children have progressed throughout the year. We can demonstrate how we adhere to (c) by our annual inspections by the Early Years Team. Before our annual inspection we must have all documentation completed and policies in place and demonstrate during the inspection that our children are safe, well cared for and are receiving the correct level of education.
