Public benefits
The objects of the charity are “to organize large and small prayer events, promotion and organization of gospel rallies and for the promotion of the word of God throughout the area of benefit”. The benefits we envisage are: (1) The spiritual, social, emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing of the general public who attend and participate.
This benefit will be evidenced through feedback and testimony. (2) Citizenship, and moral improvement will be enhanced in society through encouraging individuals to have concern over social issues and to support and pray for our civic and political leaders. This benefit will be evidenced through feedback and testimony. (3) Our activities are cross-community, trans-generational and inter-denominational. Benefit will accrue from contact with those of different backgrounds and perspectives, leading to increased reconciliation of differences and more peaceful society. This benefit will be evidenced through feedback and testimony. We are not aware of any potential harm from our activities.
What your organisation does
Transformations-Ireland is a network of ordinary people who have met Jesus Christ and their lives have been changed for the better. We come from different church and social backgrounds but believe that through joining together in consistent united prayer we can see our communities transformed for the better. We organize large and small prayer
gatherings. We facilitate the networking and communication between various local prayer groups and other Christian organisations of similar mind. We help encourage, develop and resource such individuals and groups through provision of teaching courses, guest speakers, and other materials.
