Purpose A. To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of rural housing estates in Saintfield and the surrounding district without discrimination by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary and community organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and training and provide information and advice to local

inhabitants. The direct benefits include the education and training of inhabitants and increased access to advice.Benefits are demonstrated through the uptake of our traning/educational activities and feedback received. The purposes of our charity will not lead to any harm.The charity’s beneficiaries are people living in Saintfield and the surrounding district .A private benefit to trustees may arise from our programme of training. Trustees may gain skills and experiences which are transferable to other settings.These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries. Purpose B To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of rural housing estates in Saintfield and the surrounding district without discrimination by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary and community organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to; provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said residents and in particular seek to establish or secure the establishments of children’s play facilities and to maintain and manage or to co-operate with any local statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such facilities. The direct benefits include increased access to leisure and recreational facilities and improved welfare of local residents. Benefits are demonstrated through the increase in leisure/recreational facilities, the numbers using such facilities and feedback received from local inhabitants. The purposes of our charity will not lead to any harm. The charity’s beneficiaries are people living in Saintfield and the surrounding district .A private benefit to trustees may arise from increased access to local recreational facilities. Trustees and their families living in the area may use facilities provided. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.
